14-Day Returns Policy
At Alexandra Fabian, every piece is crafted with precision, care, and a commitment to exceptional quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition:
• unworn
• unwashed
• with all original tags attached
• original packaging intact
We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear, including makeup marks, perfume or deodorant traces, damage, stretching, or fabric pulls.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Made-to-measure / bespoke gowns
• Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
• Final sale items
1.3 Online Purchases
Online purchases can only be returned through our online returns process and cannot be exchanged in person.

2. Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• your order number
• clear photos or videos of the issue
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing issue within 3 days of purchase.
Issues reported after this period will be considered normal wear and tear.

3. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Once approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To change an item, please return it and place a new order.
